Highlights of the System

• Inline Feeding Technology: The products coming from the production line are transferred directly and synchronised to the packaging unit thanks to Arpack’s intelligent inline feeding unit.
• Automatic Reel Transfer: Designed for uninterrupted production, this feature prevents time loss by switching to a new reel without stopping when the packaging film runs out.
• Full Digital Control: All parameters (speed, temperature, length, etc.) can be monitored instantly via the touch control screen and fine adjustments can be made easily.
• Precise Servo Control: Thanks to the 4- or 5-axis servo motor infrastructure, pack size and product placement are realised with millimetre accuracy.
• Maximum Hygiene: In accordance with Arpack Machine standards, all surfaces in contact with the product are completely made of AISI 304/316 quality stainless steel.
