This system enables the distribution of high-volume products (biscuits, chocolates, bars, frozen food, etc.) from the main production line to packaging units or side lines in a fully automated and optimised way, without human touch. Working Principle and Advantages of the System

Smart Distribution Mechanism: The 90-degree outlet units (dispensing stations) seen in the image detect the product traffic coming from the main line and direct the products to the side branches according to the need. If a packaging machine stops, the system automatically detects this and shifts the product flow to other running machines.
High Hygiene and Stainless Design: Manufactured entirely from stainless steel chassis in accordance with food safety standards (HACCP). Maximum sterilisation is ensured by using blue coloured, food-safe antibacterial tapes.
Modular and Scalable: As your production capacity increases, new stations can be added to the system. The length, width and number of stations can be fully customised according to your existing facility structure.
Precise Product Management: Low-friction transfer points and precise sensor control prevent products from bumping into each other or deforming.
Easy Integration and Control: Through a central PLC panel, the speed of the entire line, dispensing rates and machine occupancy can be monitored and managed from a single screen.
